Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to schedule your appointment at your preferred choice of time. Frequently, we are booked days, and in some cases months ahead of your ideal choice. When you want to come in at a particular time, we acknowledge this situation can be frustrating for you. We plan to accommodate you as best we can. However, we would like you to help us with the following situation:

We kindly ask that you keep your scheduled appointments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, and we realize that unforeseen circumstances do occur, please call AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, preferably with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This will enable us to offer your appointment to another client who prefers that choice of time. We have been placed in the position where it is necessary to charge $25 for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
With your assistance, we can better serve all the clients of our salon.
